5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

7Game Rules & Fair Play

9Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by uk999

uk999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without notice if there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, match fixing, or any other conduct that uk999 deems damaging to the integrity of the Platform or its other players. In the event of account closure due to a breach, uk999 may withhold all funds in the account pending investigation.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You can close your uk999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure at your request.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for 12 consecutive months. uk999 will attempt to contact you at your registered email address and phone number before treating an account as dormant.
